Please carefully consider all the documentation attached and ensure that our understanding of your requirements is correct.

If any information within the documents is incorrect or you want to adjust the amount of cover offered in the quote, please let me know and we can seek to amend. Please note all statements and facts disclosed on proposal forms, should be full, true and accurate and given after undertaking a reasonable search, including consulting with your senior management.

Please refer to the attached Terms of Business, specifically the Fair Presentation of Risk. You must make sure the information you provide is clear, accurate and complete. It is important you disclose all material circumstances that you’re aware of. If you’re not sure what constitutes material circumstances, or you’ve not been able to gather the necessary information, please let us know. Please note that deliberate or reckless failures to present the risk fairly could mean part or all of your claim is declined.

You should carefully read the attached quote documents and policy wording, specifically taking account of any exclusions, conditions and subjectivities. If you are unsure how these will apply, please ask ourselves and we can explain or investigate further on your behalf. If you require any additional insurance covers not already stated in the Quote Summary document, please let us know and we can investigate further.

We've negotiated favourable renewal terms with Allianz, resulting in an 18.5% decrease. While D&O Insurance rates have softened, we'd recommend this is a good result.

Please note the proposed renewal terms have been offered on the same basis as the expiring terms.

It's worth highlighting that we also approached three additional insurers, but upon consideration none would compete at the same premium threshold as Allianz.

Based on the information you have given us and a fair and personal analysis of suitable insurers, we have recommended the cover provided here is the most suitable for your needs. We have made our recommendation based on your requirements and the insurers’ service delivery, claims handling, financial standing, policy cover and competitiveness of premium.

Additionally, please read the attached quote schedule, policy wording and any other documentation provided such as the statement of fact. If you have any questions, please let us know. 1) Confirm you are happy to sign the attached 'Statement of Facts' - I'll then send you a copy to electronically sign.

Please note this quotation does not guarantee a commitment for the insurer to provide cover. Both you and the insurers will only be committed at the point at which you confirm your instructions to proceed and the insurers have confirmed their acceptance.

Note we can accept payment via bank transfer or we can organise premium credit so payments are made over 10 monthly installments at a competitive APR.
