As a keen academic that has continued to be fascinated by people and business, I have focused my career on applying the study of knowledge, justification and rationality of belief, within the business community.

With a focus on understanding the reasons for people’s behaviour, which either ignore adequate systems and controls or do not meet their required performance targets,I have sought to assist organisations in achieving their goals.

A great deal of my success has come from examining existing processes which management and staff haveignored, then restructuring to meet all stakeholder’s objectives. In additionto, developing a model which takes account of productivity in planning and improving performance based on a better understanding of people’s strengths.

After studying a Master’s degree, I founded a management consultancy firm to impart my knowledge of behavioural sciences t business community. The firm’s attention was focused on the Lloyds of London insurance market and has consulted with Lloyds syndicates, insurance brokers and law firms over thirteen years.

Offering a range of consultancy services and training to staff, with specific focus on internal systems, communication, risk management, marketing and business planning.
