James Sampson

James graduated from Bournemouth University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Economics and also holds a Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

He began his career as a Financial Analyst, helping to develop an eye for key details and gained valuable experience analysing information and data supporting strategic business decisions.

In 2021, he joined Indemnity, bringing analytical experience together with a client-focused mindset into the insurance sector. Since then, he has built experience advising businesses on their insurance requirements, delivering tailored solutions to protect their operations and providing risk management expertise across a wide range of industries. 

In recognition of his development, James was promoted to Account Executive in 2023. He is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their businesses and providing clear, practical advice that gives them confidence in their insurance arrangements. 

Committed to continuous professional development, James is currently working towards achieving Chartered Insurance Broker status.
