If you require proof of your insurance for any reason, we can provide you with a Certificate that details your type of Policy and Limits purchased.
Make an amendment to your Policy
If you would like to make any amendments to your policies during the period of insurance, please let us know and we'll communicate your instructions to your insurers.
Update your Policy details
If there are any material changes to your company or insurance risk, please get in contact. If you are unsure whether a change is material, please let us know and we can confirm either way.
Request a copy of your Policy
If you require copies of your policies please get in contact and we'll email them to you, or you can sign-in and download them yourself.
Renew your Policy
We'll be in contact with you four weeks before renewal of your policies, however if you would like to start the process earlier please let us know. If you have open or paid claims we may recommend an earlier lead time.
Cancel your Policy
If you would like to cancel your policies at anytime, please let us know and we'll communicate your instructions to your insurers. Return premiums will be calculated per the terms of your policy.
